Karmapa Hi Dave, yeah, not so sure about it, but this is a fight between the monks and Indian government. People in Northeast in general, apart of Assam, have difficulities to get accepted in their own country and many states want their state to become independent. But this group of monks is another fight for rights, kind of never ending story.
