We took the express train from Heathrow to Paddington Station. Once we figured out where to go, we took the tube to the Baker Street tube stop. (Yes, that Baker Street.) From there it was a few blocks walk to the hotel.

To get to the hotel we just headed towards Madam Tussaud's Wax Museum (TWM) and then turned right. There wad quite a crowd outside TWM. Mostly they were school children apparently out on field trips.

It is a small hotel on a quiet side street. After a nap we went out to find dinner and a cash machine. (Not in that order.) We came across many nice restaurants, but it took a while to find a place for two weary yanks. We ended up at a nice Italian place. We chose that place mainly out of attrition.
