So we landed fine last night and took a taxi to Grace and Matts house. Very polite but silent taxi driver.

The apartment is lovely and massive! Our guest room is bigger than our entire ground floor at home. After a difficult night sleeping - jet lag sucks! - we went out to brave the metro system. They have swipe cards similar to London so we just had to make sure we went in the right direction etc.

First stop Shibuya with the iconic road crossing where up to 1000 people can cross at any light change. Just how it's depicted in films, lots of bill boards etc.

Then we walked up to Harajuka to the Meiji-jingle temple and watched the priest bang a really big drum.

Culture over we found our way back to Grace and Matts house and we are going out tonight for dinner at a 'shuba shuba' restaurant.

F and P xx

Cool
Good stuff. Are you sure it's shuba shuba? Knowing what Phil is like, he might be taking you to a bunga bunga party.
