A Day In Singapore

Well it was wet but i decided to check the place out, i had breakfast at the hotel then i headed off to do a bit of shopping. I caught a cab and told him i wanted to go to Suntec which is one of the large shopping centres here, he insisted i let him drive me around to a few cheaper places and he would only charge me $10 so after going to three places of his he dropped me in the middle of nowhere and took off i think it was becasue i didnt buy anything from the places he took me as i am certain he was obviously on some sort of commission, he must have thought i was loaded or something as the first place we went to only had diamonds and pearls!!!

Well after getting to the shopping centre and wandering around for 2 hours and spening $11.50 i went back to my hotel and spent $25 on lunch still a saving really ; )

Then i went on a guided tour taking in some history and the driver we had well i thought i was going to be history myself. Had a ball though and took a few pics.

I am off to the airport shorlty for a very very very long flight to London.

As they say in singapore...................yes as if i can understand what they say ; )
