Waterfall with pools at the bottom
I was not able to blog last yesterday because of a connectivity issue. We got up at 4:00 to get to our anchorage before the wind came up against the tide. It was a beautiful calm day but heavier winds were predicted for the afternoon.

The Yacht Club of Baie Comeau have a dock in this fjard (small fjord) because at high tide, it is too deep to drop anchorage. The docks had just been installed the previous day members explained to us, we were their first customer. It is $35.00 a night to tie up. There is a nice waterfall and a nature trail strait up to an observation spot. The docks were not yet connected to the shore line so we could only get ashore by dinghy or low tide.

A French couple from France were there and showed us mossels we could pick and she explained how to cook them. They were delicious.

we tried to leave this morning but turned around. We are trying it again now. It is better, tomorrow will be worse so we will most likely stay put. We may not have internet.

Beautiful;
Maybe you need the day or 2 to sit tight & catch up on your sleep! What an experience you & Jerry are having. Love, Peg xo
