The trip back was beautiful. It didn't rain at all! The landscapes were stunning, especially since it wasn't solid cloud cover.

We drove back throug the parkway, from Jasper to Banff. You can see what is left of the Columbia Icefield. It's a marked omen of times to come.

We had an acupuncturist on our trip... This was where we stopped for lunch. It's called Fisherman's Bay.

Honestly, I can't believe how small it is now. Almost not worth seeing.

Thanks, Meghan and Kwesi
I enjoyed the Maligne Lake trip together, we were indeed blessed with better weather than we could have been. Now, my thoughts go out to folks in Calgary and area who've been affected by flooding. Hope you guys are high and dry there. Bernie

Calgary - Flooding
Yes, we are fine! Our family is all lucky to live on hills. The history of how some of the areas in Calgary were built is coming out of the woodwork... There are consequences to living on rivers and on top of swamps. :-( We are focused on getting things ready for the Stampede. Everyone in the city is working together to help everyone out. It's quite amazing! Renews your faith in humanity for a bit.
