SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:
3D Volcanos
Look at the volcanos on the 3D map. I was surprised by the importance of the scholarship program for the students. Many of the students would never have the chance for a good education without this program. It's only $150 per year per student, with the request that you maintain the scholarship for a minimum of three years. Below is the mailing address, in Florida, if you are interested. Our mission group gives the money left over from the trip, in addition to individuals supporting students.
Information about giving donations to the Utatlan School in Quiche, Guatemala. The Utatlan School is named for the nearby ruins of the capital of the ancient Maya-K’iche Indian tribe. These famous ruins are also knowan as Gumarcaaj. The K’iche Indian tribe is still the largest in Guatemala.
The school needs scholarships, computers, dorm furniture, library books, tapes and videos in Spanish.
