We slept for hours last night, I did get up in the night and I think Buenos Aires is the city that never sleeps. We are in a small apartment very basic but clean and has a great view of the city. Took an open top tour bus and got off at Recoleta. Amazing place there's a giant silver flower that opens during the day and closes at night using hydraulics and solar energy. Beautiful gardens everywhere and we came across a market where I bought a gourd that has been turned into a musical instrument and I was shown how to play it. We then happened upon the only microbrewery in BA and of course it was honey beer and pizza for lunch, sat outside in the sun, really nice. Went to see the tomb of Eva Peron. Battery died on the camera hence photos will take time to upload.

Steve the Legend now taking over. Buenos Aires is a real city of contrasts. Beautiful boulevards through the city, the widest is 17 lanes and takes time to cross. No audio signal for blind pedestrians so they really have to leg it. Behind these marvellous avenues are fairly narrow roads with high rise tenement blocks, some new and some in pretty poor condition. The lack of public toilets is a challenge for some of the late night revellers but there are plenty of conveniently situated gardens that need watering.

Saw a brilliant Tango show after an amazing steak meal, Steve ate mine as well as there was so much Danny you would have loved it. Scott you need to teach us a bit more I think we haven't tried the throwing up in the air sequence.
