Graceland
Front & Back & Elvis's Airplane Life is Good! We made our way to Graceland, home of Elvis Presley. Years ago, we had visited there but since, they have added many more exhibits and shops. Lulu joined us in the beginning but Cory wouldn't let me put her on his grave. It was super hot but when you are honoring The King, hot is good. From Memphis, we drove to Tunica, Mississippi where there are several large casinos. Mr.Lucky came through again on the crap table. I even managed to win a little on the slots. We walked away with $1,000+. We stayed at Sam's Town Casino in honor of our friend, Sam. We even got the room free! We drove to the Mississippi River. The water is way down and some boat travel has been stopped on it. Then we went to the Hollywood Cafe, home of the fried dill pickle. The song "Walkin in Memphis" was written here plus it was mentioned in the John Grisham book: A Time to Kill. It was also featured on the Travel Channel. It's rustic to look at but a great place to go. Along the way, we stopped to check out the cotton plants. Most of my photos Graceland
Welcome, Lulu! Inside the House have Lulu in them except for the INSIDE of Graceland and Hollywood Cafe...hope you can find her.......LOCATE LULU!
As you can see, we are making lemonade out of our lemons and it is good!
