Wednesday was the last day of our London Pass so we had to race round and do all the things we hadn't had time for. We started at Westminster and Big Ben. Actually when we passed here on Tuesday we were caught up in a protest by 200 London cab drivers all tooting and holding up traffic around parliament, it was crazy! Today the police had a terrorist checkpoint set up stopping any vaguely suspicious vehicles -boy racers and unmarked vans. Outside the National theatre they have a lounge set up with giant furniture all covered in grass! Next we visited Wellington Arch and Apsley House, where Wellington lived. Then we had lunch on a Thames river cruise, travelling from Big Ben to Tower Bridge. In the afternoon we visited St Pauls Cathedral but only Emma and Greg had enough energy to climb into the dome, Carol and Laura sat in the pews and admired the artwork. We walked across the Millenium bridge, otherwise known as the wobbly bridge, and back along the river to rejoin the river cruise back from Tower Bridge to Big Ben.

Nice photos! Great to see you in the Westminster photo too Carol. It sounds like you are having some exciting adventures together in London.
