We have been in England for one week and have been getting the Hobby motor home (MH) and Honda Motor scooter inspected, licensed, tuned up, shined up and regenerated for the trip ahead.



We started Southwest today and have received complementary tickets for a Motor Home /Caravan show in Exeter this weekend and from there will be continuing South to Land’’s End. We are members of the National Trust Society and have started visiting NT sites. Hidcote Manor was our first NT site and we have planned to return there before we leave the UK in May to really enjoy their wondrous gardens. Spring is definitely in the air, but temperatures still are crisp.



We’ve spent some time in the Cotswold area, where Guy lived for 10 years and have been frequenting the weekly town market as well as other points of interest in the area. The aged buildings and villages built of the Cotswold stone are beautiful and attract many tourists year-round. Navigating the narrow roads, left hand driving and speedy and huge lorries sharing those roads is Guy’s job for sure.



Our Garmen (Percy) has been retired and we are now being directed b y two Tom Toms, Richard and Susan, who at present agree on most everything.



Our itinerary for this trip includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and possibly Wales. with our return home scheduled for the end of May. Our blogs will be posted as WIFI permits and we welcome you all to share in this new adventure.
