Snow Day

I wasen't going to have another entry untill after finals, because I should be studying but this was just too exciting. At 7:30am this morning Kate was throwing something at my window and Dave was pounding on my door yelling....ITS SNOWING!!!! Man was that a surprise. i went to bed to ok weather, light sweatshirt and jeans just fine - we were having Northwesterlies so it was warm wind. But durring the middle of the night it changed to Southernlies - straight from Antartica!
Well I had to wake Rach up, and then we had to wake Kate up, and then Jason...all the midwest kids were not to impressed - due to living in snow - but the exciting part that got everyone up was that they closed the University!! They closed the University in the middle of FINALS!!! So now all the international kids who are leaving this week dont have to take their tests bc they are going to be out of the country! Lucky. Unfortuniently i have mine tomarrow...dont think its gonna snow again.
So we had one awsome snow day. Snow ball fights, snowmen, snow angels, even a few atempts to slide down hills...except lincoln is flat, we dont have hills, slight problem.
Then we all snuggled into FR 12 for some Milo and TimTams and christmas music! Im so confused, it is June right.
Well hope all you north hemisphere kids are enjoying the sun - just think of me in my snow jacket and really cold toes

Tim Tam Slams
Its fall eh? Have you hit up a Tim Tam Slam yet? You bite off the ends and dip in Milo or coffee like a straw. You drink (only like one swig because it will melt) and then you eat it!!! sooooo good. If you remember, I have a request for some when you get back!
