The terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 affected not just every individual but the whole country.

1. According to Craig Johnson, the central idea as to why Jay-Z's album sold the most during the terrorist attack was because young people were not directly affected by the attacks & were most focused on his new album release.

2. I do not agree with with what the author is saying. From my own personal experience I remember being in the second grade and being really scared. I remember telling my parents I wanted to move elsewhere because media was saying that other big cities were also going to be bombed. Personally I don't think all young people were concerned with the album some might have actually been really interested in the attack.

3. I do think it's important for the teens of 9/11 to start reflecting on the attacks. In my opinion, it was the most tragical thing to happen on American soil during their life time. For the teens to not care about this is understanding because sometimes we as teens don't really care about other things,other than the things we want. However, just because some weren't directly affected doesn't mean they shouldn't have paid attention. Maybe by now they could have been telling other people their stories and what they thought.

4. The majority of the people do not remember anything because most of today's generation was under the age of 10 when the terrorist attacks occurred.

5. Some of the teens think that with the presence of American soldiers the violence has increased more. Some think that the soldiers are the Muslims enemies. Also, the American soldiers are selfish because they killed Osama Bin and their dreams came true. However, others appreciate the American soldiers because they are safer and help a lot to improve their security.

6. I don't really think other countries take into consideration about what happened on September 11, 2001. I haven't heard of like other countries trying to help the U.S deal with it's tragic event. I would like to learn more about world history events. More so I would like to learn about modern world events because it's a generation I'm living in. I still understand that I have to learn about the past I order to better understand today. The decisions that took place in the past shaped today and the future.

Not really
As stupid as it may sound, I don't believe that 9.11 affected the whole country. Some people don't really care about 9.11 and don't fly places nor had family that were impacted so they may not care. Okay that's all
