Tofino is a district on the west coast of Vancouver Island, in British Columbia. It is a popular tourist destination in the summer. It attracts surfers, nature lovers, campers, whale watchers, fishermen, or anyone just looking to be close to nature. In the winter it is not as bustling, although many people visit Tofino and the west coast to watch storms on the water. Close to Tofino is Long Beach, a scenic and popular year-round destination, at the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve.

Great Photos! Accommodation options
Hi, Great photos! Looks like a great time and cute little cabins as well. If you come back to the west coast you may want to take a peek at Natural Elements Vacation Rentals site, accommodations are very large and luxurious with great rates. Great time to come up is in September beaches aren't as busy and the bear watching is at it's prime. Local streams have returning salmon and the bears are in the creek beds feeding, very exciting!
