We've Arrived!!

At last we have made it. What seemed like a lifetime trying to get here has been well wothwhile now were here. Arrived early this morning and havent slept for 24 hrs due to the flight connections and excitment. We havent been too impresed with Bangkok so far- the combination of mass concete and pollution and the heat has made us feel uncomfortable when walking around town. But the food is real good- and cheap. we had a all u can eat bbq for 77 baht which is about 1.20 pounds (theres no pound sign on keyboard). The food was odd but this didnt stop Gump from eating everything they offered us! Oh and as u can see shaved my head before we left- sorry mum. We are staying in Bangkok for 1 week before we travel south to the beaches!! Should have some good pics before then.

Hiya Chix!!!...oh it's so excitin gettin a mesage from ya when your all the way over the other side of the world!! Your hair looks really good,def easier and cooler when ur there..save you a fortune on gel and stuff too.Hope the food is better than the thai we had Tom..is it totally different..not so much sauce or what?Can't believe that it's so cheap either,make ya realise how much we pay for meals over here eh? What about the price of clothes, have you found any cheap designer gear there?Have you been going out of the hotel in the eve much..wots the nite life like?it seemd odd when you said that the locals staring at you,ya expect tham to be so used to foreigners there! Have you met up with any other travellers since arriving?....god theres SO many questions that i wanna ask!!!! Everything is fine here chix..the weather has been fab for the last 3 days,think summer has finally arrived. We dropped Anna at school for her English exam and me n Bev took Lewey to St.Ives to get him used to being in town..he got a lot of fuss off folks,loads of people wanted to stop and stroke him..he loved it.He went for a swim in the harbour..his doggy paddle is well good!! He's been really chilled since we got back..knackered I think.Took him to Perran other nite and let him run on the beach, he wasn't in the least bit bothered with other dogs,just wagged his stump of a tail!!Tomorrow(Tues) were going to the beach with Charlie N Cal n Jo over Pz way in the afternoon which shud be good. Anna is watching Big Bro at the moment and X factor final has been on..Chris Moyles got voted off last nite, he was quite good actually...Anna's dragged herself off sofa to write to you............. Hey Tom! not much to say really umm...i still aint moved in2 ur room cuz it's a complete mess,it could actually take me about 6 months to clear up and by that time ur prob already bk cuz u run out of money or sumin!well hot ere like 22 degrees prob not as hot as where u are but every1's been on the beach.nearly finished my exams so thats alright 2.Newayz i'll speak 2 ya l8r, u can email me or i'll email u cuz u got myn. c ya x x x Mum again...
