Well, here we are, loafing around in a hotel room in Liverpool! We decided to stay a night in a hotel so we could be close to the ferry terminal. When we tried to book a place on a ferry to Ireland for today, there were no places until the overnight ferries, in which you have to pay for a cabin, so it was cheaper for us to stay another night and go over during the day on Tuesday. The ferry crossing is 8 hours over the Irish Sea, so we have a few good books to pass the time. So now we get to spend a full day in Liverpool which should be interesting. They have a number of museums that might be worth a look like the Beatles museum and the Titanic museum as well as many old heritage buildings and great shopping! It's been a treat for us to lie around in the room, watching TV and just generally have room to move about in a space larger than the back of the van! We are looking forward to seeing Ireland and exploring that country. Another update again soon or when wifi allows.xxx

Good move
A hotel??? Loookshurrie!!! Good on you guys. You've done so well in your wee van so far. I would have killed my co pilot (or vice versa) I'm sure. hahaha Would love to see the Beatles museum, bet there is some amazing stuff in there. Well the wind is blowing a gale here again. Every time it does we get tornado warnings now, after the one that ripped through Albany a couple of weeks ago. Have fun in Ireland!!! xx
