12th of March all day snow storms, took road trip in the mainland along the Kornstadfjorden, Kvernesfjorden. All the peaks I seen from Averoy accross fjord was so close - Harstadfjell 1004, Stokknokken 816 and the Frozen Wave, but with such weather not any accessible - too much snow. Couple short hikes on cleaned roads leading to the farms in the mountains..
13th is nice day, so much snow though. Heading to Folland valley in Averoy. Pick up forest road and barely reach some tops on the hills on the East of the Valey. on top on the edge some bare rocks. Down doing short cut through forests and steep slopes. Still not enough walk, so take a road from Folland to Kornstad and back.

hi inge, amazing photos of an amazing landscape. also nice to read your thoughts on hiking by yourself in the mountains and your appreciation of nature. it's great when you can find such peace and get into such a frame of mind. keep up the good work. flo
