Yesterday was lovely, blue skies and sunshine galore. we had a more successful attempt at making dinner - actually got to eat something - had fajitas! mmmmm. Didnt really get up to much yesterday - lazing on the beach and soaking up some rays and paddled in the blue sea. Oooo had an amazingly massive milkshake yesterday - was like a meal - might have to have another one for lunch.
heading off to byron bay tomorrow - think we have managed to book somewhere but they dont provide all your bed linen, so you have to pay extra for it - its ony a dollar but still - the cheek of it! Looking forward to using free bikes there - we will be able to explore a wider area - and they give you boogie boards for free aswell - might give it a go.
Our hostel is even more deserted now, seems like there are only about 3 groups of people in there - might be because we got up quite late today - 10am! yikes, but hey we deserve a lie in once in a while - all the stress of the sun and all.
Yesterday we made a star buy - we now are both proud owners of thongs, we call them flip flops! So amusing!
No photos today as we are still in the same place - sure we wont want to bore you with more blue skies.
Best go now, before our thongs start to chafe!

ooohhhh amanda and chris the very thought of chafeing thongs brought tears to my eyes especially before i had had my breakfast, wear them well and we want a demo when you get home.
