Day 13 - chilled! Unfortunately workmenhad dug up the Internet cable to the hostel so had to search out wifi hotspots to skype, etc.
Day 14 - took intercity from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. Hostel here surprisingly pleasant and found a good cheap cafe with the menu in pictures, little English is spoken here and the older folk here do a double take when they see me. I guess they don't see many foreign faces.

Alice and Sheila here today. I have a swollen knee so we didn't go out to look at computers in Bluewater although dad did say he'd share his wheelchair with me if things got bad. Alice has taken links to your website which she doesn't seem to think is very good because I can't print out a list of your messages to dad and me which means they aren't always consecutive. You know the sort of thing - first comes day 10 followed by day 5. I'll be putting them in order when I get a minute spare. Tara might come over tomorrow. She and Kailash seem to do more traveling than dad and I ever did. But she's 15years younger than I am. Everybody's younger than I am even the dog. Specially the dog. Keep us up to date.
