Yesterday morning I got up at my usual time of 5a.m. for yoga, but when I saw the mist laying like a gossamer blanket I decided to take photographs instead. The spider webs were stunning.

Yes I am still frightened of spiders but the webs looked too exquisit to miss. Although I dislike them, these little creatures are truly amazing architects.

Click on the photos to enlarge them and get a better look at these works of art - the webs, not my photos!

Not a lot to say, just feeling wonderful in this peaceful place.

Hi Beverley Just wanted to thank you for posting the photos of the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama Ashram. I am travelling there on an organised trip in March (never been outside of Europe so feeling a bit nervous) but it all looks lovely! Just wanted to say how much I admire you as a mature traveller for doing what you are doing. I'm in an older age group too and have often thought about it. Will start with the trip to the ashram for 2 weeks though! Take care and happy travels Anne

SRSG
Thank you Ann for your lovely comments. SRSG is wonderful, I have stayed there 4 times and I will visit again and again. Say hello to Silvia for me and to all the lovely swamis, especially Uttam Mani if he is still there, a purer soul I have never met. And regarding travelling as an older person, the respect you get in India makes it all relatively easy. Enjoy.
