Cusco

3400m about sea level, Cusco is a completely new type of Peru. Narrow old streets, plenty of foreigners and a local economy built on the tourist dollar. We met up with the rest of tour group and wondered a new city.

Our first full day was jam packed visiting ancient sights, local Andean Village, learned the difference between Alpaca and Lama, toured throughout the sacred valley and treid the local cusine.

Getting back to the hostel, need to repack and squeeze the essentials into a duffle bag with a maximum of 5kg for the trek, because the porters are to carry for us. Our last night in a bed and luke warm shower for a few days.

Jealous
Hello you two! Very jealous of your travels. Although I am not too jealous at the fact that you are both teachers and your spelling is off. Haha. Loving the pictures, keep them coming. Be safe. xx
