200 kids on a school trip anyone?

So I am now planning the school trip for 200 kids. It's actually a big collaborative effort and I'm just pulling it all together, but it would be so much easier if we all spoke the same language.

We are going to a country hotel with 200 kids and 20 staff (many of whom are just coming for the day). The hotel staff aren't going to do anything for us so we have to organise all the activities and even cook the BBQ food.

IF, IF, IF - and obviously it is a massive IF - this events actually comes off it will be amazing, for the kids, for the staff and for the school. We'll take pictures which I'll post.

That's pretty much been eating up my time the last few days. Was up until midnight planning last night, at it between all my classes today but this evening I am going to relax and get a facial. Woo hoo. Might even get one of those tea bath things.

I *think* if you open the email there should be something you click on that will take you to this website. You need to create an account, then you can just do a search for me. great to hear from you Shum. Yes, it's all busy but it is now good busy, which I do like. I definitely feel a lot more at home here reather than just counting down the weeks til I get back to Glasgow. Hope you can still come and visit. We don't know when our Spring Break is yet (the government don't decide until October/November) but I hope we can work something out. x x
