Yup, have been MIA for a while now.

Some random thoughts....

Started English classes at the school this week. The 7th-9th grades have an actual Nicaraguan English teacher. It's weird to speak English in Moropoto with a Nican. But kinda cool. Going to help/watch classes with him tomorrow, Friday, morning.

I have started gaining a little weight again.

Lenin and I are heading to Wiwili the week after next, March 14-20something. I am sooooooo looking forward to getting out of the Mopo for a hot minute.

Went to the Somoto Canyon last week with some volunteers and Lenin. Photos included.

Nice that you have another person at school to converse with IN ENGLISH. How about the other volunteers that trekked with you......English spoken?? So, you wanted to become FLUENT in the Spanish language; you HAVE. My Postal People were impressed! (also by how good lookin' you and Lenin are!). :) Mom
