Hello everyone, Auds here! This is just a short note, havnt much time left on the internet! We are having an amazing time! so much so we decided to stay 2extra nights here in Phi Phi. We arrived to Phi Phi on Monday the 9th, we got a boat over from phuket! thank god we were 45minutes early for the boat cause the people just pile on! It was a 2hour trip over to this lovely island. We had booked a hotel over the phone a few days previous (we do this before we arrive at our next destination, we're not that good that we can just land somewere with nowere to stay...well not yet!) So we arrived on the island with a million other backpackers and the hotel we booked didnt have any record of our booking, even though we e-mailed them after the phone call to confirm the booking, but we didnt pay so they didnt hold our reservation and they were booked out. anyway we had a bit of trouble getting accomadation as its coming into peak season. We finally got a room that was available for one night only, so we stayed there and next morning found

This is the pier were the boat drops you off, its amazing!!
this lovely hotel. Its called P.P. Casita. It doesnt have hotel rooms it has lots of little huts, i have a picture of ours. anyway its really really nice, and we have a lovely pool with a pool bar that we have made great use of!!! anyway times gona go, ill continue this later ..... X

Ste Here
we're both back, we found a cafe with free wifi haha!! This place is lovely and relaxed and noone hassles or scams you asking for taxi or tuk tuk or ping pong shows. Leave us the f*ck alone already. Ha !!!
After moochin around for a couple of days we plucked up the courage to go scuba diving. If anyone has not done this make it happen. Its absolutely amazing. Very unnerving to begin with but 5-10 mins in the water and you are away. We had 2 seperate dives for nearly an hour a go. 1st one to show you the basics and few skills. 2nd one is just pure swim and explore. We saw 2 sharks (4ft or so) on our dive. Relatively unusual considering there was people doing 3- 4 day courses and didnt see 1 shark. HaHa for them!!!

Auds here, oh my god, the scubadiving was AMAZING, and a great achievement for me considerin I cant swim!! We went straight out and jumped into the sea with all the gear on...I dont even jump into the pool!!! Well I started pretty quick! it was the best feeling even swiming under the sea, mind you i was so scared!!! So on that day we made friends with a nice irish couple, they are sound just like us, had a great time with them! We had a good drinking session which moved onto a party on the beach..ill attach any half decent photos i have!!

The next day we all went on a day trip, ill have to be very descriptive because just as we left on the boat my battery went on my camera, typical!!!! So first we hit monkey island, it was a beach full of WILD MONKEYS , it was crazy!!! They all gathered around you cause we had food for them, ste tried to pet one of them with a bamboo shoot in one hand he reached over to try pet his head with his other hand, well was that a bad decision, te monkey went banana's (ha do get it!), it ignored the food and ran after ste with his mouth open, so funny!! they were jumpin on peoples back and all, i ran for cover in the sea untill someone told me they are great divers and swimmers!!!!!! Was unbelieveable!! Next we moved to viking bay were me and ste did snorkling! after doing that, we realised it probably would of been a good isea to do that BEFORE scuba diving, but it was great so relaxing, we saw all sorts of crazy fish! Its amazing what id do with a life jacket on...I suprised myself! We then went to Maya Bay (the place where the film The Beach was filmed) which is also class. Look it up. The view and water was amazing! We had to swim into that particular beach which was far enough (Go Audrey!!!) and we then managed to snag a kayak to get back out to the boat which was a bit of fun. To finish the trip you watch the sun set with dinner on the boat!!!. Its tough at the top! Was a perfect day, we were last on the boat and still managed to get the best seats, we sat on a ledge above the captain at the front of the boat, perfect!

So since then we've just been relaxing by the pool, on the beach, watching fire shows at night, and enjoying our time doing absolutly nothing!! Tomorrow (Tuesday) we move onto Railay (its just beside krabi), we get a boat there and we hope to stay in viewpoint resort for 2nights. thats the plan anyway. hope eveyone at home is keeping well, good to talk to you's on skype, if we havnt got to you yet your next on the list! Enjoying every minute of it XXX Lots of Love Auds and Ste (ill put pictures up soon!)
