day 2 was a day of exploration ... we hired a driver for the day and he took us to all the big landmarks and ancient monuments ..... 8 in all.
5 werent as old as my house and 3 of the religious temples werent as old as my car
it was a very long day and new delhi isnt anywhere like as poverty stricken as the old town where we are staying
the driver decided to take us to shopping areas we hadnt requested and also a restaurant that was appalling and the sames price as zuma so we wasnt best pleased.
we spent the rest of the late afternoon organising mondays trip to agra and rajasthan on a 7 day trek across country ... im so excited
