woke up all snuggly and cosy 😊
senor started up his rediculously loud music at 6
not happy
avocado again for breakfast
fought gagging just to get some veg inside me!!
Walked to work and it was lovely and sunny 😊
Called sara on way and arranged lunch
Work was busy again this morning, a little boy wandered into triaje which isnt unusual but this one was clearly special needs and he started chattering away to me and the other patients. then quite randomly he came over to me, hugged me then walked out the room
all the nurses cracked up
very strange
spent the afternoon making cotton wool balls...for some reason they buy the cotton wool in sheets...why? i dont know
they also think that after we have rolled all the cotton...its still sterile...erm.....no!
very crazy!
one of the nurses did my BMI today, dont think she realised i understood it.
i have shrunk by 2cm!!
must be the altitude!!
so many people here are obesse....so much for me losing weight!!
Met Sara at her school where she teaches, its a special needs school
opposite the school is a shop called ´Disable´ .... clearly Peruvians dont use the word disabled
we went on a hunt for a cheap place to eat...trying to save our soles now!!
we found a little peruvian cafe called Angelo or something
we got the 15s menu
i got veg soup, chicken with chips and rice, and a lemonade
cheeeeaaaap!
went to do sara´s laundry and pick up mine and got distracted by some little shops
spent too much money
got a super soft and warm ´pure´ alpacca jumper for myself
snuggly!!
poured with rain then
had such a tasty dins when i got home
fish with rice and a really scrummy sauce!
....and of course my favourite yoghurt and fruit
tiredness

food
charlotte, i do wish you'd stop talking about all that lovely food, i'm trying to do weight watchers. hope all your photos are not of food too, you must try and resist all that lovely jewellery, though i'm sure your mum might put some money into your account for you to go back and get some before you come home especially if you offer to lend it to her.keep up this fabulous story, i think theressa's right you'd make a mint if you get it printed.love you, karenxxxxx
