I went into town and found a cardboard tube for my precious $70 lot plans, copied a form off of my computer and prepared it for faxing
(just need that all-important fax number now.....no rush...... whenever you CAn bReak away frOm Looking at chihuahuas and falico-shapEd vegetables......no big deal....... muy necesario el dinero at stake. ..........just kidding.....) Even in a 3rd world town of 11,000, they have USB memory sticks and fax machines. Shoot, there are probably people here who walk from their candlelit cinderblock shacks to their outhouses, talking on their cell phones. Mobile communication has permeated the planet. I'm waiting for the day when I see that Santa Claus looking guy in the "Feed/Sponser the Starving African Child" infomercial, get interrupted in the middle of his plea for "only 83 cents a day", by the forlorn girl in his lap, with the protruding belly and flies on her face drinking from her tears and mucus.......... answering her Blackberry.
After the wind died down, we had our first nice sunset in awhile. The sunrises are great, but it's usually overcast by sunset.
