Llano Lindo Revisited

Ten days in Panama, so we all know what that means. Time to change underwear.

I cooked lunch for Omar, his lady friend (she added a nice salad), and Ezequiel, with intentions to get some things accomplished in town in the afternoon. But, it started raining hard, and continued all afternoon.

So, I explored LLano Lindo. And I just want to make an unsolicited promotion for this place. This place is huge! I count at least 21 beds, many doubles, and 6 bathrooms. And that is not including Omar's living quarters. Out of respect for his privacy, I did not go in his area. So, who knows how much more sleeping area is in there? And one bedroom next to mine is occupied, so I could not take a picture.

I have stayed in about 18 different places in my 5 months in Panama, and only 2 have been better than LLano Lindo. One was Al Natural on Bastimentos at $150 per night (a huge splurge with my sister and husband), and the 2006 version of Tesoro Escondido on Colon at $15 per night. Well, that version of Tesoro Escondido no longer exists, as the owner has made many changes for the worse, and it is now much more expensive.

LLano Lindo is $12 for a single at this time (I think only $20 for a double), free internet and simple breakfast. Go closer into town, and you'll pay much more for much less. For the price, nothing else comes close. I told Omar maybe I should sell everything, lock in the $12 price with a substantial up front payment, and live here for 25 years..

Pero, comenzó a llover difícilmente, y continuó toda la tarde. Así pues, exploré LLano Lindo. Y apenas quiero hacer una promoción no solicitada para este gran lugar y el anfitrión. ¡Este lugar es enorme! Cuento por lo menos 21 camas, muchos dobles, y 6 cuartos de baño. Y eso no está incluyendo Omar' cuartos vivos de s. Fuera del respecto por su aislamiento, no entré en su área. ¿Así pues, quién sabe cuánto es más área el dormir en allí? Y un dormitorio al lado el mío se ocupa, así que no podría tomar un cuadro. He permanecido en cerca de 18 diversos lugares en mis 5 meses en Panamá, y solamente 2 han sido mejores que LLano Lindo. Uno era Al natural en Bastimentos en $150 por la noche (un derroche enorme con mi hermana y marido), y la versión 2006 de Tesoro Escondido en dos puntos en $15 por noche. Bien, esa versión de Tesoro Escondido existe no más, pues el dueño ha realizado muchos cambios para el peor, y es mucho más costoso ahora. LLano Lindo es $12 de 2009, Internet libre y desayuno simple. Entre más cerca ciudad, y you' paga del ll mucho más para mucho menos. Para el precio, nada viene cerca. Dije a Omar que debo vender quizá todo, trabarse en el precio $12 con un pago inicial substancial, y vivir aquí por 25 años.
