what to do with the old boy ??
Another brief entry, and why not, i say. Really to let you know that i think Wellington is an absolutely awesome place full of life and charachter - everything a growing boy with few plans, needs to fill up the days.

I guess the main news of my last few days was the dissapointment and annoyance of Monday when i discovered that underneath Frank's boyish and charming exterior lies a pedomter of truely mindblowing proportions. I cant bring myself to tell you either how many k's it has done, or how much less people are offering from what we paid, but the prognosis is not good. i had such a bad time the morning i found this out in fact that i ended up foolishly walking barefoot into wellington (along way) which resulted in much battering of my feet. On the plus side this did mean i ended up buying a lovely new pair of leather sandals at a huge reduction - the sort of footware that makes you feel very english. This made me feel slightly better, but it may be the case Frank will still be a staple feature in many up and coming blogs - hooray i

Ah cricket - excellent
here you cry - the interesting charasmatic one will still be aorund.

So today i decided less hard sell and more relaxing was in order so i spent the time mostly chatting to very enthusiastic guitar shop owners who gave me comprehensive advice on Wellingtons music scene (will be checked out), and also watching the Wellington Firebirds cricket team. I can honestly say there is something very soothing about cricket - i .don't care what anyone says it's a great use of a few hours. it didn't really matter i didn't even know which team was which, i saw a cuple of jolly fine shots, and a great lbw.

Just as a tag on to spruce up this slightly dull blog there is another picture of the boats that everyone seemed to like. they should be getting to the choppy stuff of the southern ocean now i guess. glad i was watching the gentlemans game instead i think.

Also a final line to claire - still missing you and wanting to see you again soon chief. Has my fill of nonclaire life me thinks.
