Day10, Tuesday, Travelling South

We farewelled Port Macquarie and headed South today.
Driving down the Coast Road we called into Lake Cathie - which was lovely, Laurieton, and Harrington. When we got to Taree we phoned my sister, who was able to meet us for lunch at a roadside cafe. Whilst we were there another friend, happened to pop in for lunch too!! It is surprising who you meet along the way. After an enjoyable lunch we drove on to Forster and set up the van at a lovely van park on the waterfront.
We went for a lovely long walk exploring the park and the area and then went out to the local Thai for dinner, very nice.
