Not hard to make but very time consuming and not something you can leave on the stove to cook itself.

Light cooking isn't my favorite but this was pretty good.

Sasha was here from New York. She was an actual Canadian in Europe not pretending to be from Canada, taking Göthe Institute classes. She was a lot of fun to have over and a great Sioux Chef!
