The Beginning.

Hi everyone,
Well this is the start of Something Big, as the song goes.
I am now beginning to feel that this is really going to happen and I am filled with a mixture of excitment like never before and apprehension.
As I have been packing all my belonging into the shed at the bottom of the garden (Lex says that I would be a killer Tetras player) I am asking myself what I will have experienced and how may I have changed when I again see these personal belonging. When will I begin unpacking them again and will they have the same meaning to me?
I have been ruthless in my chucking out and it's funny how good it feels, like shedding an unwanted skin. Although I did inadvertantly throw away the cord that I need to recharge my camera battery - hence no photos yet!
Please ignore the last blog address that I sent to you all, this is going to be the one. It worked for my Nephew and his wife, Lee and Kerry so I am hoping that it will work equaly well for me.
Remember to check your deleted files to make sure that your computer is not set up to see this as spam.
I hope that I manage to catch up with most of you before I leave or even during my journey. Do reply to this then I will no that I am not too much of a technophobe!
Next update may be from Bali as I am spending time with my family and slowing down before leaving for the sub-continent. Oh God, where's the spell check???
