hello people! Hope you all had a great Christmas and a good new year! all the best to you!
Ill start From back in Melbourne. The works night out was awsome! had a right laugh. the food was lush and it was even better that it was free. evryone was abit tiddly and merry. Me and Amanda went out afterwards to meet her boyfriend and some mates. It was a good night, ended up in casion with Chris's friends dancing on stages and stuff. slept at his freinds house too as it was 2 much hassel for me 2 get back 2 amand and chris's. in the morning all the lads wer still there, playing ping pong on the kitchen table with there pants round there ankles and just there boxers on, it was higly amusing! Unfortunatly my camera had broke so sorry, no photos! haha. I dont know how my camer broke, just wouldnt work, i was well upset and tryd to get it fixd, but it wasnt worth it, so i had 2 buy a new one. couldnt not have 1 for christmas and new year could i?!?! so yeah i was pissed off, but its all sorted

I took a great ocean road trip for a day. it was really nice. was a long day thow. set off at 7am and didnt get back while 9pm. saw some wild koala bears. It was abit cold this day, specialy near the sea. Went to the 12 apostles, althow i think theres only 9 left now, lol. so yeah, was a good day, check out the picsss!
Went to Ashlings works christmas party, was just a small gatehring at her bosses house. ate loads of great vegeterian food, i was pretty impressed!
It was Amandas birthday on christmas eve, so we went for a meal the weekend before and then went out. the meal was lovely, went to a place called soul mammas, had an amazing view. there was about 15 of us i thnk so it was fun. i didnt stay out too long after the meal thow, didnt feel so good. on her actual birthday her mum took us for a meal and payd for it, bless so kind. I was leaving that day too, so it was like a farewell lunch. Her mum was lovely, she motherd me, lol.

waiting for a taxi in the rainn. boo hoo!had to make a decision about christmas! it was a tuff one but i decided to stay in melbourne with lisas family.So i left Amanda and Chris(i was sad) they had become like family to me, such lovely people. I also had to say bye 2 Ashling too. I was gutted. shes my beat mate. I hopped on a train to Lisa's place(about 1 hour away from melbourne). We was all excited for christmas! just stayd in wachd some dvds and ate laods of food on christmas eve! Christmas morning we woke up all excited got ready and headed to her auntys house for the day. We got there and evryone opend there prezzys. My mum had sent me one in the post, so i had something to open it. i did so well not 2 open it b4 as id had it for afew weeks! haha. Amanda n chris got me a prezzy too, so dod ishling and lisa, so i did pretty well eh! i got laods of great stuff off evryone. her aunty got mea christmas borble with my name on, how cute! We sat in the garden(it was such a hot day) cooked the turkey on
the BBQ. i had suncream on and evrything, was so weird having christmas day in the sun! we had a seafood lunch and a proper christmas dinner. it was lush. i was far too full! Christmas day all in all was amazing. had such a great time. lisas family wer so kind and it was just awsome! Boxing day was kool too, just chilled out, took the dogs for a walk to a lake near by. was just good.
Me and Lisa decided to go swimming. so we went to the baths n had a good swim. we rang a taxi to pick us up, we waited 1 hour! it was stupid, we could have walked home in that time! we wasnt impressed! so i said bye 2 lias and her family and headed on a 15 hour bus journey to Sydney! oh i love bus's!
I arrived in sydney and was greeted by my french friend Suzanne. was great to see her(we mate in Darwin) she helpd me get my bags(i came away with 1 now i have 3!!!) to Bondi where i was staying for 2 weeks, just untill i got settled. Bondis great, i like

who i was working for. the beach,theres not really any beaches in Melbourne so it was good for a change. I met up with afew friends and just bummed about. Met a girl from back homw whos a freidn of a friedn. was good to see her!
New years came around. New years eve i spent in the biggest que youd ever seen! To get into this viewing area. so we waited all day, i got in and fort it was shit so left! ha. i went to meet some of my Irish chums in a park with just as good view no que and you could drink your own alcohol! bonus! so i hung out there for the rest of the day. it was really fun and good to see all my mates again! Wached the fireworks, they wer amaizng. i cryd, i was so overwhelmed! coudlnt belive i was actually in sydney on new years! was great. after the fire works we all headed back to the city, i lost evryone in the crowds so made my way back to bondi. was just about to get in bed and suzanne txt me about a party round the corner, so off i went!
it was class, on the roof with Djs and stuff. haha! the party ended at 6amish and we headed to the beach to wach sunrise. was great. got to bed about 8am, whoops!
New years day, as you can imagine i was in bad place. worst hangover ever! didnt do much appart from recover!
So, Sydney, I kenw i was going to be here atleast untill March, so i thoght it best to look for somwehre 2 live. My mate Gav from Hull had a place near the city and his lanlord had some more propertys, so i asked him 2 get me a room. he did, its ace, the biggest room in the house. got a balchony and stuff. I just needed 2 find someone to share it with. So in my hostel room was a girl, she seemed pretty cool and was looking for somewer 2 live too, so she agreed 2 room share with me... what i dint realise is that she was an alcoholic! So as you can imagine it was abit of a nightmare, she pissd on my bedroom floor! use 2 wake up in the middle of the ngiht and down glasses

from the childrens programme- round the twist of wine to help her sleep! i ended up sleeping downstairs! anyway she ddint pay her rent so got kicked out, this left me a week 2 find someone to take her place, or id get kicked out and loose my $340 deposit. so i was stressing! I needed to find someone by saturday, it got to friday night and i still hadnt found anyone! then this guy called and came to look. he took it! yay. hes from france, a really ncie guy. i was so plesed as i really like the house and the room. all my house mates are awsome. theres 10 of us all together. its a great atmosphere i love it! I also got me a job, dental nursing again, so its all good. things are goind well.
Iv had some awsome nights out already, met some really cool people and stuff so its good! im happy. a ltitle home sick but ill get over it!
We had a house party for my housemate nick. His girlfriend sarah threw him a suprise party. baked a cake and evrything bless her it was great. was so funny trying to keep it a surprise! nearly
got busted so many times! haha. We went out after the party. i ended up alseep in the toilets and woke up at 5am. whoops! lol.
and thats that! evrythings good here. still miss you all like crazy! wont be long till im home now!

Hi Linz, looks like you're still having a great time out there, I'm really jealous!!! The tan looks fab! I can't believe it's been over 6 months since you left us to go on your travels. I wouldn't think twice about coming back if I were you although we do miss you loads at work. Everyone laughed at the staff meeting when Judy read out your letter. Glad to hear you still wear odd socks! Keep having fun matey...take care, Ingridxxx
