Off to see the world!!!

So Im sure everyone knows by now that I am off on the 17th of Jan 2009 to see the big wide world!!
I will be sad to be leaving, but very excited to be off to Japan, China, S.E.Asia, Australia, New zealand and Peru!

Its all gonna be a bit of a contrast to the sleepy lil' village of Saltford- so watch out world here we come!!

This is a bit of a practice/ test blog to check that im techie enough to do this!! but also to send out a link to all of you so you can follow my adventures and travels!

I shall be leaving my work, the Architects/ Interior design Practice HamburyHird Design, on the friday the 9th, and Tom will be leaving Melksham NHS trust, so that we can have a week to party and visit friends and family for a final goodbye before heading off to Japan, and the snow and Cold! (maybe not such a good idea now i am thinking of how much stuff I shall have to take to wear- and how little our bags are.)

If any one has any good ideas of things we need to know/ remember to take, or amazing places to visit, feel free to message back on the blog!- or just comment on how fantastic the pics will be!!

We will also be leaving lots of Friends and Family, and Ty the dog, so if any one wants to say "Bye-Bye" before we go, please all come to our leaving Party, at the Portwall Tavern, St Marys Redcliff, 8pm on Saturday the 3rd of Jan 2009.

12 Days to go!
Hey every1, thanks for signing up to the blog. Its now only 12 days till we depart.....well excited and can't wait to escape. I want to thnk every1 who came to the party cuz they made it a great night and a lovely send off.
