Prague was our first real tourist mecca shock. The first sign of this impending anoyance was the
fact that our hostel was full of loud Americans. We thought we might have just accidentaly booked the American hostel, but no, Prague was full of loud Americans.

The first day out we walked right into their trap. We went to the changing of the guard at the castle with the idea of looking around it aswell. The band playing made the guard changing fun, but as it drew to a close the tourist hordes began to file into the castle. Well, it wasnt really my idea of a castle, more like buildings on a hill. Anyway, we got out of there as quick as we could, I DONT WANT ANY OF YOUR DAMN TRINKETS!! We watched Schindler's list after exploring the city via sidestreets.

Day two took us to the new city and the museum of communism. We gorged ourselves at lunch with horrible sausages then found a tourist free park thingo. It was much more like a castle than the other one. I think the Pragueyans just use the fake castle to lure the tourists away from the real castle thingo we went to.
