Koh Tao, What a place!

Day 2 on the island, what a luck. We found this realy cool place on the east of the island. there is no one there, maybe 8 outher people staying there. I was snorkeling all afternoon in water clearer than tap water. The fish here are amazing, like a sea world.
Linda and i were in the water feeding millions of fish bannanas, amazing, they love it!
This place is about 30 min drive with 4x4, when you go there you see why, oh my god, we thought we were going to die! Wort roads i have ever seen, up a mountain! i GUESS THATS WHY NOT TO MANY REOPLE THERE, suits us fine, we have peace and quiet! Our cabin is on the cliff with the most amazing view of the sea and a small bay. I am in town now, looking to get a fishing rod, i saw an 1m baracuda when i was snorkeling about 5 m from the shore, think it will look better in the frying pan with butter and garlic!yum!
Also, there are sharks about 50m to the right of us, so will go snorkel with them this evening.
Anyway, all good here, dont ener want to leave, but the pound can only last so long! Our room costs $15 a night, cheap as chips!
Ok got to shoot now, taxi takes me back up this hell of a hill, Linda is sucking up the sun, living the dream!

Sounds relaxing!!
Hi Linda and Chris, It sounds like an adventure so far!! For your information we have rain outside.... enjoy the heat!! If you go to James Bond island (not sure still open) go past the temple Wat Suwannakuha inside a mountain and lots of monkeys! (if the guestbook is still there, look for our names 990714). We stayed at the Maenam beach - Shangrilah at Koh Samui - the best club sandwich ever!! If you are there go and look at Hin Ya and Hin La - cliffs looking like the male and female gender!! Also try dried cuttlefish - interesting taste.. Looking forward to your coming stories! Cissi, Tobbe and Emma
