This is off of Nessa's porch. Well it begins for me anyway - and by me I mean Kaitlyn, because that's me. I have, as of yesterday, officially departed from Jersey and made my way via Amtrak to that place between the mid-Atlantic and the Great White North. Namely, Vanessa's house on the North Shore of Massachusetts. And so here we are, two peas in an odd pod, back together after three and half months of seemingly endless employment and onto the wonder and insanity that is surely to ensue once we actually leave the country (which by the way will be occurring on Sunday the 31st). Until then we've got shopping and farewelling and general havoc to wreck upon this quiet part of the nation. The official countdown has reached four days and with passports in hand, visas stamped, raincoats packed and just enough money for subsistance living and plane fare squirelled away in bank accounts we have never been more ready for what is sure to be the proverbial "adventure of a lifetime" that everyone keeps referring to. This is sure to be the first of many entries made throughout our travels and we'll be sure to accompany them all with pretty, shiny pictures from
our new camera for your viewing enjoyment. And whether it's both of us or just half of the duo checking in I'm sure we'll present you with enough antics to keep everybody enterteined from here to next summer.
