Phew!

Hi Folks

First question..........How many people can you fit an a Small Hatch back car?...........10!!!

We flagged a ride to Sihanoukville in a taxi that pulled up already containing 8 people!! anyway it was going to be the cheapest option so we jammed our bags in the boot and hopped in the front which already had two blokes in.!! (see pics for an insight!!).

We came to Sihanoukville purely to laze on the beach and maybe even find a nice beach front hut to camp in for a few days..........Unfortunately being Cambodian holiday season everything was a little full so we had to settle for a beach front room with a slightly obscured sea view!!

So as you can guess we spent the next couple of days lazing around......the day goes something like this: Wake up slow, bit of breakfast, little swim, relax on the beach , couple of beers, bit of lunch (and the obligatory beer!), another swim, maybe a snooze or two.!,....... BBQ Seafood dinner and you guessed it a few more beers!

Nic - A lovely couple of days and good to relax - although you're constantly hear the "Hello Lady....You want massaaaaaaagggee??" and "You buy postcard?"....or fruit, or books, or squid, or bracelets, necklaces, keyrings, manicures, pedicures, threading....You get the picture!! The best trick is to pretend to be asleep....although that doesn't always work!!

Sorry it's a short blog, but not really much to tell! From here it's North West and on to Siem Reap, home to the famous Angkor Wat and the ancient temples.
