All of Us.
9 plus one small plus AH XIANG. If you have a team working for you for 1 year, they performed above expectations, what do you do? Give them a hug? Cheapskate! Give them a key chain? Wastages and redundancy. Give them an airplane ticket? Are you crazy? Toastmasters is a not-for-profit organisation. What about treating them to lunch? That sounds good but where? How about on top of a hill whereby your 1.3 litre car would struggle a little to go up? Plus, the fact that your mobile phone may have no signal? (Only one person's mobile phone though, haha).
We arrived at around 1p.m. The handsome ones include: Peng Yew, Heah, Chris, Ee Liang, Johnson, myself and oklar, include SH Lim too. The pretty ones include May Pau and Lilian. Yes, there's also a cute one - SH Lim's daughter!
The view was in one word, spectacular. The food was not the best but acceptable. The value for money in total is ngam ngam. If same food, same price at a restaurant below the hill, I would think there would not be that many people patronizing.
There were lots of photo-taking. Lots of nice views. There were even a LIVE crocodile which Chris actually

All of Us plus AH GU.... struggled to contain. In fact SH Lim's daughter was scared to sit on it despite Chris having subdued it. An iguana piqued the interest of everyone and many tried their best to capture the best photo. Chris, despite having none of his high tech DSLRs was the best.
There was also a 'Romance' chair. Look at Johnson and Ee Liang. Simply Amazing and these two were rumoured to be the chairpersons for next term's Toastmaster's Installation Dinner.
Overall, the trip was a memorable one and of course we hope Peng Yew will treat us again. The purpose? No need purpose. Simply because Peng Yew feels like it.
