Berlin -the fave for the girls.

Well we seem to have missed out on our Moscow trip a bit and jumped straight to Berlin. The free internet doesn,t allow for photo downloads so I,ll leave it just now. Suffice to say we found it interesting but trying! Berlin has been a real hit - the girls are in their element practising their German and eating pretzels. We had a leisurely German brunch yesterday in the cool area we are staying in. Apparently the adjective trendy just shows how old I am!!! We hit the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie and the East Side Wall Gallery today. THis full on day was partly because Ailsa wants to go to a high ropes park tomorrow so knew the cultural stuff had to be done today!!
