New Chapter

Yesterday I left my friends in Ko Phi Phi and headed down to Kuala Lumpur. I got here at 5 in the morning and checked into a guesthouse in the centre of town.
We had a couple of fabulous days up in Phi Phi. On the first day we Dan, James and I rented a kajak and went out snorkeling amongst trillions of fish. In the nights there was plenty of drinks, most memorable ones in Reggae bar, where they have a Muay Thai Boxing stage to showcase fights between Thai fighters as well as tourists.
The other day we gathered a group of 20 people and rented a speed boat to go on a tour around the small islands around, including Bamboo and Ko Phi Phi Leh, where they filmed THE BEACH a couple of years ago, very impressive. After that we stopped at a 10-meter cliff and the bravest of all went jumping. After touching down with my ass first, I managed a perfect jump at second try.
Then it was time to say good bye, we played secret friends on the last night, drawing names and buying presents for a 100 baht worth. That is us guys and the four Brazilian girls who had been with us since Hat Ton Sai.
So now I am on my own again, for the first time in 3 weeks. That's ok though, I will got to Singapore in 3 days from now to meet my aunt anyhow, what a nice break from all the booze and party that will be!!! And by the way: I finally trimmed my head; neat 3 mm appr. 😊

Endlich: ein Lebenszeichen!
Hallo Johnny! Schön von dir zu hören! Danke, für deine Geburtstagsgrüße! Das was du so über Thailand geschrieben hast, kommt mir alles sehr bekannt vor. Zum Beispiel die Full-Moon-Party (war das zufällig in Hadrin (oh, ich weiß nicht mehr, wie man das schreibt)?). Ich hoffe, dir geht es auch weiterhin gut. Ich schreibe dir natürlich noch mal eine längere Mail, wollte nur kurz was von mir hören lassen. Bei mir ist aber alles ok soweit. Also, viel Spaß und schreib mir mal wieder, wenn du Zeit hast! Hey Johannes! Hab mir auch gerade mal deine Berichte und Bilder angeguckt. Wahnsinn, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir hier alle im furchtbarsten Regenwetter im Büro sitzen.
