Pics taken on the second day of the rain storms, once we were safe!!
Due to unreliable Thai transport and the weather we decided to make our way back to Bangkok a day early.

Spoke to the staff at the Buri resort and they arranged a taxi for us!! Unfortunately they had completely the wrong information and we had a hour long goose chase going from port to port trying to catch a Ferry to Ko Samui. Arrived at Big Buddah beach which looked fantastic. From there we caught a flight to Bangkok.

D loved the airport at Ko Samui - very quaint - felt very Hawaiian!

Learn't that 11 people had been killed on Koh Samui over the 3/4 day period of storms!!

Flew into Bangkok and stayed at a hotel close to the airport it was called The Miracle Grand Hotel. Very nice - once again got a last min deal so wasn't too expensive at all.

Spence - does the photo title "Spencoconut" refer to your drink or your head?
