HA! IT HAPPENED AGAIN!

So I a bit ago I decided to log on to facebook. And when I opened the browser, the last person to log in HAD A HAVERFORD.EDU email address.

Naturally I messaged her and said: Hi, I know this is weird, but I'm at a hostel in Beijing's Sunlitun'r and just logged into facebook and you were the last person at this computer, and by the way, I went to Bryn Mawr. 'Sup?

Okay, so not quite verbatim.

Sure enough, Haverford '09! Just met S** as she was walking out of the hostel. And I was like, "hi, are you S**? Did you go to Haverford?" She's majoring at Bryn Mawr. She said she thought I looked familiar, as her freshman year was my senior year, and we've been locking eyes for a week or more, BUT IT IS SUCH A SMALL WORLD!

Says the city is rife with Mawrtyrs and Fords and Swatties. I believe it.

We commiserated over the strangeness of A] us being in the same hostel, and B] how such a small community is dispersed all around the world, and C] how odd and comforting it is that we all manage to find each other wherever we are.

And that is all.

Holy hell, how is it 19:45 already?!
