Our Char Bee Hoon
Yum Yum, very delicious. Someone took four plates!! Tomorrow, we have to wake up early, Mei Yun said. Ok.... I replied. The next day was Renesas's Team Building event. Why did I agree to sign up? Hmm... so early, so far away, may be tiring, so many concerns but then again, how could I refuse the invitation from two handsome incoming Area Governors? Ee Liang and Yap. Thinking of their face made me say Yes, immediately.
In the morning, we woke up late but still managed to rush and arrived earlier than some LATE people. Haha. The first game was an easy one and yet we lost! It involved balloons. Apparently, girls are better BLOWERS than guys! Wow, I was struggling and Ling made it seem so easy.........
Second game was the bringing water with a spoon and pour it into a bottle. Being the GENTLEMAN team, we allowed the other team to start 10 seconds ahead of us. The result, EQUAL. Sigh.... even with 10 seconds, the other team could not even beat us. Ok, who was the GIRL who started 10 seconds ahead of our team??
Third game was our strength. Treasure Hunt. All the answers were so easy, yet we got three wrongs.
Aerobics in the morning
No wonder Malaysians are so healthy. Free Aerobics lesson. Yes, one of the mistake was made by me. The JUDGE, Yap was so UNFAIR and seemed to be helping the other team. Sigh... no choice but to give way. We lost.
For the last game, we wanted fairness and Yap said, ok, let's make it fair. We were supposed to make a word 'TEAM' using whatever materials we have or can find. Naturally, as a concerned citizen of mother earth, we used all the leaves, natural items like twigs etc. The other team used, of all things, PLASTIC bottles!! They really want to murder the world! Anyway, the judges were a group of young, full of energy and very CLEVER looking St.John members. Aha, talking to them about our design concept, they understood immediately. The result? NONE of the judges voted for the other team. Yeap, not even one voted for them. Wahahahaha...... Now, we know why we lost for the first two games, right team mates?
Haha.... The morning was well spent. Event was very well organised and all the organising committees did their very best, including Yap who 'struggled' to remain neutral. Hehe..... I'll be back for the next one, count me in. The venue
