The first impression of the San Telmo market, was a draw dropping amazement at the astonishing amount of people and vendors packed into a street stretching for at least a mile. My favorite part of the San Telmo market experience were all the street performers. Apologies in advance for the somewhat shakey videos I've posted. Like I said, the market was packed with people and getting bumped from side to side was nothing I could avoid.

He quite enjoyed the attention of all the tourists taking pictures while he posed with his parrot.

Olympic Torch!

It all happend so fast, the spiral of runners protecting the torch ran over anyone in their path. Mostly women and children.

good stuff
I like the the shots of the old buildings and the plaza. The street performers remind me of the old 16th st. mall in Boulder. Jesse and I dropped in on Jerry Yarbrough Tues. night. it was good to see the old friend. Sara goes to college in Maryland at George Washington College. Jessica is in her junior year at AWest. Soccer has a consuming effect on them. How is the teaching going? I have had enough of travel for now. Denver to Orlando, South carolina, Hurley, NY, Utica, NY and ajoining areas then back to Co. Again keep up the photos. Love Dad

Your photos are so interesting! You make a wonderful photographer! I am seeing alot of new stuff - very different pics of the city and funny ones too! Sailor says hi and misses you. I am doing ok - flying now and enjoying some travel but not much time to sightsee. I hope to be able to keep in touch with your Dad and Jesse so that we might all be able to get together when you get home - I love you! Mom.
