Bariloche....

I decided once again to head out and made my way to Bariloche, an absolutely beautiful place in Southern Argentina. It was a 3 night/4 day trip and the weather was absolutely beautiful! A nice change from Uruguay. I was tired of just sight seeing, I wanted to actually do something so went on an all day horse ride through the mountains and forest. It was amazing! Up the side of mountain and trotting through fields so much fun. The scenery was incredible and I got some great pictures. However, you are gonna have to trust me on the beauty because this is where I lost my camera. Yes a bummer but only a few days lost. But to put it in perspective for you one of the other riders said "I feel like we are riding through a postcard", yes that amazing!

The next day I went on a boat ride to Victoria Island. Wonderful! This is where I met Lauro from Adelaide, Australia. Once again I was befriended and it made my trip complete. Lauro was visiting his family in BA and he and his Aunt and Uncle were on the boat with me.

Here is where I got to meet Virginia's cousin, Jimena. She and her husband Cristian own a quaint coffee shop/cafe on the main street. We only got to visit for a little while as Jimena is 8 months pregnant and tires early but still got hear some of the differences of owning a business in Argentina versus the states.

One unique sight I saw was a building with an ice skating rink inside that was all windows, over the water with a view of the mountains. What a view!
