After a six hour drive with a stop enroute(ish) to see a "must see temple" we arrived at a beautifil Havelli (old palace) in the centre of Jodphur. It has nearly a fullhouse on sights with a fort, a temple and a palace to see.

We're getting closer to the desert so it's much hotter now. Bring back the snow!

Off to Jaisalmer next for the camel safari, which will be hotter still.

Camels!!!
Hi Philli, great to hear you're having such a wonderful time, the camel trip (despite my very real fear of camels!!) looked amazing, the desert so beautiful. I'm also interested to hear why the beds in Havelli are so high up!! Take care, looking forward to hearing the next instalment. Claire xxx

BEDS
Probably just to scare me so that I don't sleep. I don't know to be honest, I guess a variation on the 4 poster
