We had about 5 pet cats by the time we left Sindy even went out and bought cat food!
So we are still in Langkawi and we met some new freinds from Australia. We went on and 4 hour tour $11 CAD which took us to a lake on one of the islands where there were a bunch of monkeys and a freah water lake (lake of the pregnant maiden). Then we went to feed some brown eagles from the boat and then stopped by a secluded beach where we swam and had a few beers. The Aussie couple Kerry and Amanda we met in the van on the way to the tour and we hit it off right away (spot on!) so we decided to go out for dinner when we got back. With us being Canadian and and them being Aussie this of course led to much drinking, breakfast the next day...dinner, drinking, breakfast again today. We saw them off this morning which was kind of sad because I think we could have spent our whole trip with these two. Of course we exchanged information and invitations come and visit, stay with each other...heck take the extra car mate! We are sure we will see each other again because you just don't click with people like that every day. Us having no fixed plans may even consider a quick trip to Brisbane where they are from.... Tomorrow we are going to take the gondola to the top of the island (weather permitting) , we are told it's a little hairy as it goes almost straight up. It's raining a little today so we after blogs and emails it's off to the spa for a pedicure and two hour massage for about $30 CAD. This massage place is legit.....the one I got in Penang at the 4 star hotel ended with the 40 year old massuse/whore asking if "you wan han job you wan icecream?" EWWW pass thanks! 'It was real creepy and she must have burped about 10 to 12 times during the massage.

The store is going great Jojo and our dogs are usually there meeting and greeting other Pet lovers. It has been open almost 2 months now and is just starting to cover all of its own costs. Thats better than we could have hoped for. http://www.growlies.ca is the URL if you want to see the logo. This page is just the start I will get something better up soon. Keep posting comments and pics on your trip. We spent all our trip money on the store. :)
