Hello Everyone!

Well after starting out our day thinking....OH WE ARE ON HOLIDAYS......then thinking of the last minute things to do before leaving...

Well it all got done, thank goodness, no worries to carry away with us, and even though we left an hour later than we wanted to, at about 10 am, we didn't mind....we said what the heck we are on holidays so didn't mind at all.

Travel was really good, we took our time, and most of the traffic was light until we left Amanda & Sway.

We stopped in Devonport to conclude some business, and have lunch. (For Rick's benefit) Charlie had an all day breakfast of eggs, bacon, tomatoes, sausages, and mushrooms with toast...heehee I just had a roast chicken dinner. Chicken & Gravy, potatoes, pumkin, peas and carrots.

We then arrived at about 3.30pm in Launceston, the Launceston Cup was on and as it was just a street away from Amanda & Chris's house, we were lucky to get a park outside their house.

Spent some quality time with Sway my beloved granddaughter (No. 2) and Amanda before coming over to Alice's house. Alice is Charlies Sister hence my Sister-in-law.

We decided to go out to Morty's which is a food hall where you can get different types of food, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Fish & Chips, Pizza, and not to be out done Desserts... I liked their logo..."Lifes to short...start with dessert" LOL None of us had dessert though although I was almost tempted with a pile of pancakes and maple syrup!

Any way after a lovely filling meal we came home again......watch a bit of TV......and so to bed....

PS sorry no photo's today although I did take some of Sway!
