Lake Wanaka
Stopped off at a mirrored lake on the way to wanaka unfortunately it was a bit over cast so not the greatest photos but it had brightened up by the time we got to our second stop off at a lovely little waterfall. When we arrived in Wanaka we all went straight to the lake for a dip in the very cold waters had a BBQ in the evening and that was about it.
The next day we woke up very early as we were doing a SKY DIVE! Absolutely amazing views and such an adrenaline rush as we jumped out of plane at 15,000ft!
Queenstown
Queenstown is a beautiful quite large town surounded by massive mountains and an even bigger lake! we are here for five days to have a chill out and do some activities although have not done too many as very expensive and have done a few. Queenstown is also a bit of a party town as well we spent most of our first night drinking cocktails from tea pots at the world bar. We have also been luging, which involves going down some tracks at the top of the gondola in a small
cart that is gravity assisted. Today i went downhill mountain biking with the dutch lads which was awesome had one major crash and busted my knees but was good fun and then in the afternoon me and Lyndsay went River boarding, travelling down river rapids in a wet suit clinging to a bogey board! (ill let the pictures do the explaining here)

endless fun
Hey Guy and Lyndsay looks like you're having a helluva time, a permanent vacation! When does it get tough? As we're still bundled up in parkas and gloves, it looks very inviting to be in a bathing suit; the river boarding looks way cool - not sure about parachuting. Did Rog ever tell you about his skydiving experience? keep up the fun...
